Cobbs Hall Chapter took first place in Virginia State Award and First Place, Eastern Division, NSDAR, for Commemorative Events in the Miscellaneous Category for the Video Recording of the Declaration of Independence at Historic Christ Church.

Cobbs Hall Chapter also took first place in the Virginia State Award for Women’s Issues for our quantity of Women’s Issues articles and events.

Cobbs Hall Chapter took third place for Commemorative Events for our September meeting Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment.

Cobbs Hall Chapter, NSDAR, took first place in Virginia Daughters of the American Revolution (VADAR) awards for the most volunteer hours to the Service to America Committee.

Cobbs Hall was presented with the Excellent Use of Print Coverage in American History Awards and the Outstanding Local Media Award recognized The Rappahannock Record.

Our Cobbs Hall Chapter, NSDAR, Good Citizens Awards recipient went on the win the District II level and ultimately took the top honor at the state level this year!
